Batman Cookies

We have recently acquired a batman cookie cutter (more on that later this week) and I finally got to try it out this sunday.
I picked a recipe from "The Great Baking Book", lemon rings for the coffee party.

Here's what you need:
150g flour
100g corn flour
1 tbs baking powder
100g sugar
100g butter/margarine
2 egg yellows (I used a powdered egg substitute)

Heat up the butter or margarine and mix it all together by kneading. 40 minutes rest in the fridge and then the dough is ready to be rolled out. Heat up the oven to 200°C (392°F) before cutting out the cookies.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The recipe said 20 minutes, but that was way too long. Unless you want to use the cookies as Batarangs...

The recipe also said to make a frosting, but the cookies were sweet enough for us.
